How it works
Once you have registered a member of staff on HereScreen. they will have a personal portal and a PIN. They will use the portal to clock in and out, as well as book leave. This video shows how the portal works.
Overview of the HereScreen personal portal

Each employee has a personal portal, which allows them to clock in/out, book leave, and leave notes against any day.

A live dashboard shows you who's here, who's working from home, who's late, who is expected in, and who's away today.

A personal diary for each employee allows you to track and edit all historic times.

An employee can record which days they are going to work at home, or take leave, which days they were sick, or on training.

Each employee has a unique PIN, which they will use to access their personal portal.

By defining a work pattern, you can specify how many hours a day the person should work, which times they are expected to be working, how much they are paid an hour, and even which days they will be working from home.

The exportable timesheet allows you to analyze the data for each employee. If you've recorded an hourly rate for them, it will also calculate their gross pay.
